Membership is open to individuals, both professional and nonprofessional, interested in the humane care and use of laboratory animals. Members are afforded reduced registration fees for training programs and the Tri-Branch Symposium, access to training aids, the newsletter, and recognition within the research community for outstanding achievement, in addition to a full vote in branch elections.

Individual Membership is $15.00 (calendar year).

Institutional Membership is broken down into three categories:

Supporting Membership ($200.00) entitles the institution to designate three individuals to represent the institution and also receive the NJAALAS newsletter;

Patron Membership ($900.00) entitles the institution to designate 10 individuals to represent the institution and receive the newsletter;

Benefactor Membership ($2000.00) entitles the institution to designate 20 individuals to represent the institution and receive the newsletter.
