New Jersey AALAS is committed to excellence in quality care and innovation in the field of laboratory animal science by providing an open forum for communication, promoting education and training and disseminating information concerning the benefits of humane care and use of animals in biomedical research.

Meetings are held every other month beginning in September with the Annual Dinner Dance and Installation of Officers

The Branch offers a variety of educational programs and seminars throughout the year and particpates in the Tribranch Symposium held in June of each year.

Professional, managerial and technical positions available in the Northeast are posted on the website and in the Branch Newsletter.

Membership is open to all individuals interested in the field of Laboratory Animal Science. Several levels of membership are available: Individual, Sponsor, Patron and Benefactor.
