Delaware Valley Branch
AALAS
The Delaware Valley Branch of AALAS is committed to achieving excellence and innovation in the field of laboratory animal science by providing an open forum for communication, promoting education and training and disseminating information concerning the benefits of humane care and use of animals in biomedical research.
DVB is a branch of the National AALAS. We are part of District 2 which also includes the New Jersey, Central Pennsylvania and Three Rivers Branches.
Meetings are held every other month beginning in September with the Installation of Officers Meeting.
The branch offers a variety of educational programs and seminars throughout the year and participates in the Tribranch Symposium held in June of each year.
Professional, managerial and technical positions available around the Delaware Valley are posted on the website and in the branch newsletter.
Membership is open to all individuals interested in the field of Laboratory Animal Science. Memberships are available as Individual and Commercial.
